Industry: Consumer Goods
The Challenge
Global beverage brands like Corona face growing pressure to address environmental impact in a way that feels authentic, measurable, and aligned with their brand identity. Ocean pollution presents both a responsibility and an opportunity for brands rooted in beach culture to lead with purpose while still driving consumer engagement.
The Objective
Create a sustainability-focused campaign that: Reinforces Corona’s connection to ocean and beach culture, Encourages consumer participation in environmental protection, Aligns product design with measurable social impact.
The Strategy
I developed Corona Coastline, a conceptual campaign centered on turning sustainability into a visible, consumer-facing commitment. The strategy combined packaging design, storytelling, and cause-driven incentives to invite customers into the brand’s environmental mission.
The Solution
Designed limited-edition packaging using recycled beach materials to visually communicate sustainability at the point of purchase. Integrated a profit-donation model supporting global beach cleanups. Built a cohesive visual language celebrating marine life while reinforcing Corona’s coastal identity. Created a campaign narrative that empowers consumers to actively participate in ocean protection.
The Outcome
Corona Coastline positions sustainability as a shared responsibility between brand and consumer. The campaign strengthens emotional brand loyalty, differentiates Corona in a crowded beverage market, and transforms environmental action into a tangible part of the customer experience.
